Custom Homes specialises in designing and building a wide range of new homes, from standard concepts to high end architectural and energy-efficient homes. Design and build with us from start to finish or provide us with your plans. We will work with you to ensure your dream home is built within budget and to your desired specifications.

With Greg's 30 years of experience in the building trade and experience in building over 300 homes, you can sleep soundly knowing that we have that required experience to build those tricky high architectural or eco-friendly homes.

You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager throughout the entire design and build process. We have experienced professionals that will handle your project with care and high standards.

You will be able to keep track of milestones and achievements through our project management software and have peace of mind with our Master Build Guarantee.

CUSTOM DESIGN & BUILD

Architectural Designs

Work with us and our Architect to design your dream home.

Custom Homes will manage the design process to eliminate budget blowouts. We use our knowledge and experience to foresee any possible build complications before plans are finalised.

Once design is approved, we will provide you with a Master Build fixed price contract.

HAVE YOUR OWN DESIGN?

Concept Design

Provide us with your sketches or developed concept designs for a full design and costing assessment. We can provide our Architectural services or we are happy to work with your chosen Architect.

Council Approved Drawings

Custom Homes will tender and provide a fixed price contract. With our local knowledge & business trade relationships we can guarantee competitive pricing.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Custom Homes Point of Difference

Project Management Software: Buildertrend

You will have your own login to our Buildtrend Portal where you can track progress on your home. You will be able to view build information such as build progression and approve selections from anywhere in the world.
